How is a man created?

Through DNA, chromosomes, genes, and hormones—complex mechanisms that also tie deeply to hair loss.

Masculinity, in fact, might accelerate baldness.

But I believe the cure is not just in female hormones.

It lies in a broader picture that includes our DNA, genetics, chromosomes, and even the immune system.

As a professional barber, I am determined to test this hypothesis myself, collecting scientific evidence and proving it through real-world experimentation.

Rather than getting lost in the intricacies of Japanese language or vague theories, I choose action.

In January next year, I will travel to Los Angeles with the support of JETRO.

I will participate in a one-month Business English course at the University of California, Irvine, while also conducting field research:

• Touring local manufacturing facilities for shampoo and hair regrowth solutions
• Studying U.S. barber and beauty culture
• Building business connections for future global expansion

Let’s just say… the budget is a secret. And if things go well, I might even get paid to do this.

My ultimate goal is to revive Japan’s barber and beauty industry—to make it a field where young people can dream again, and where even those with hearing impairments can have a place to shine.

As a former Chinese national, I’m doing my small part to give back to Japan.

I carry with me the spirit of Kazuo Inamori, who taught us the importance of humility.

Step by step, I move forward—determined to share the true beauty of Japan with the world.
